Throughout the course of my animation I have been the victim of some level of caution. Fear of failure, the fear of ridicule, and the fear of disappointment. There have been many things that I have wanted to try in life, but jilted because of fear. However, on the other hand, there were things that I wanted to hold on from happening because of the fear of the consequences. For example, when I was a kid I gave up tighty whites, for boxers because even though they got the job do they werent labeled as cool during the time. Now, thinking in hindsight, was truly very silly considering no one could actually see them but at the time that fear make it all so important. During this fear, I dodged the ridicule but this shell of fear that averted me from trying things or things that didnt make me go in.
To describe this feeling, I think of a flower that hardly blossoms when obscured by the shadows of the night. This is because when I dont live up to expectations, people dont see me in the vague that I would like them to. When people are disappointed in me then I break down because I am not used to being the one that looks down upon; however, this is why I try not only to reach, but communicate the frame that everyone puts up for me.
It is like the parent that takes three particular jobs around the holidays to afford Christmas presents for their children, because they are afraid of the disappointment of their kids.
indeed there is probably the most important fear of all, the fear of failure. One example of this in my personal experience was in my freshman year of high check when I have my first D on my report card, and it didnt get along alone it had a twin. The realization that I even came obstruct to failing was enough to scare me, but that wasnt all, I also received a ton of speeches on how school was too important (of course it is important) and how it was so uncharacteristic of me.
