On the Definition of Genocide

When Raphael Lemkin, a Jewish scholar with an un stinkpotny knack for language and law, coined the experimental condition Genocide in 1943, he knew that he had accomplished the nigh-impossible: creating the spotless word for the most horrid of crimes.
